As I stepped in, the inviting ambiance and the tantalizing scents immediately caught my attention. Rona Flint, a loyal customer, frequently indulges in the cafe’s offerings, highlighting the butter chicken as a standout, alongside their savory chicken curry—both of which are perfect for takeout, allowing for delicious leftovers to savor the next day.

We only get take out but its great. Every few weeks my husband gets a craving for their food and off to Brighton he goes. Butter chicken and chicken curry are excellent. Always have enough left for a lunch the next day.

The best Indian food going. Always made fresh. As of the end of 2024 it may be under new ownership so not sure about the food anymore

First time trying the food here. Ordered 2 butter chicken and 2 veggie pakoras. The flavours were awesome. The sauce for the butter chicken was more than ample. Nice tender chicken. Definitely ordering again. Soon

Food is a must try! Had the Veggie Biryani and Chilli Chicken which were both very flavourful! Especially liked the sauce and veggies in the CC which was not too spicy and had just a tinge of sweet! Only two small heads up: Like most Indian food, u may have to pour out a little bit of the oil BUT be prepared to eat well beyond feeling full...it’s that good!

This place is great. The cook is very friendly and accommodating. He explained the menu and let me know of changes that are coming to the menu also. Food was delicious fresh. One thing I’d recommend is to have larger portions of rice and better take out containers.

I noticed a coworker gave you a great review so I thought I'd check out your restaurant. Disappointed that you were sold out of lamb, but that just tells me the reviews are spot on!! I "settled" for the Chicken Vindalo instead of the lamb. DEFINITELY not disappointed. Excellent food, great spice level, VERY tasty and a very nice young man. I will most certainly be back.
